Take a deep breath, close your eyes &

Listen in to the vibration in your spirit.

Silence the intrusive words screaming to be heard,

Try not to entertain any playful assumptions.

Remind yourself to feel present,

Allowing the ringing to stream away each corner surrounding you,

amplifying their strengths.

Letting any insignificance go.

Attempt to diminish everyday fears crawling their way back through.

Soothe inner insecurities, harmful pains & unspoken emptiness within,

sparking a recollection of what a safe sense of security really is.
